On 28th August 2015, in favor of the respected members of the Royal Intelligence Corps along with the approval from the Emperor himself and the Council, the Royal Intelligence Corps has declared its state of neutrality ranging from political affairs to the military intervention. The Royal Intelligence Corps, however, has its own rights in accepting or refusing any offers of establishing diplomatic relations without giving any reasons as decreed in our official charter. We also reserve our rights in mounting a military intervention should the interests of our brotherhood is at stake. However, we would also like to stress out our wishes in maintaining our neutral stance towards the ongoing political affairs.

The neutrality stance of Royal Intelligence Corps towards the ongoing political affairs does not mean that RIC does not accept anyone to become their friends.
